Yesterday I was studying cardiology when suddenly I felt sleepy. I tried to continue studying but I couldn’t focus on my textbook so I decided to take a power nap.
According to WebMD, power nap is better than coffee to enhance focus. It also said that 30 to 60 minutes of napping was good for decision making skills while 60 to 90 minutes of napping played a key role in making new connections in the brain. Since it was 13.30 and I didn’t actually want a long nap, I set my alarm for 14.15. I ended up waking at 15.30. Well, I took that as bonus.
